We supply electric steam generators from 1 kW (approx. 1.3 kg of steam / hour) up to 180 kW (approx. 240 kg of steam / hour) in special versions up to 3000 kW!, or these electric steam generators can be connected in cascades – however, a sufficiently powerful electrical connection is required. The field of application of electric steam generators is diverse.

We strongly recommend using electric steam generators wherever a local steam source is needed and a central steam source is not available, or if you want to be independent from the central steam supply, as it is not economical and cost-effective, or you want to decide yourself when you need a steam source and when you do not.

Electric steam generators are used in various fields, whether in the textile, clothing, food, chemical, pharmaceutical industries as a source of steam for ironing clothes, for steaming knitted products, stockings and socks, for fixing the shape of caps and hats…sterilization in hospitals, in the food industry whether in direct contact with food or in cooking, caramelization, sterilization… We supply steam generators as separate units, but more and more often there are requests from customers for steam generators to be supplied as compact units on a pallet – SKID – where they are interconnected with the water treatment plant, storage tank, condensing tank, cooling tank into one compact unit.

You connect the SKID steam generators to electricity, gas, water, steam and sewerage and can quickly use the steam generators in your operation. We are now very prominent in the automotive industry where electric steam generators are used as a source for finishing car interiors such as car seats, door side panels, headrests, armrests, convertible tops and wherever the perfect look of textiles and leather needs to be achieved in car interiors.

Furthermore, electric steam generators are used as a source of steam in: disinfection and sterilization in hospitals, soil sterilization in agriculture, sterilization and disinfection of various containers and barrels in the food industry, production of beer, wine, liqueurs, also as a source of steam in distilleries, breweries, dairies where there is no central steam source and a local steam source is more suitable.
